Connecticut — state programSee program
A comprehensive program offering technical and financial assistance to multifamily property owners for energy efficiency upgrades (e.g., insulation, HVAC, lighting, air sealing) and renewable energy projects. Qualified projects receive a commitment of incentive dollars and, if requested, financing for the balance of project costs. Incentives are paid after construction and required inspections are complete.
