A Connecticut program offering financial incentives and financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements in multifamily properties. Eligible projects may include air sealing, insulation, HVAC upgrades, lighting, ENERGY STAR appliances, and more. After construction and required inspections, incentives are paid and financing for the balance of project costs may be offered.
