Home Energy Solutions Residential Insulation Rebate (Professional Installation)
Connecticut — state programup to $2.00 per square foot or 75 percent of the total cost, whichever is less, up to a maximum of $10,000
Rebate for professionally installed insulation in single and multifamily homes (up to 4 units) in Connecticut. Installations must be recommended during a Home Energy Solutions visit and performed by an approved contractor from the Energize CT Insulation Installers Network.
