Provides rebates to residential customers of Eversource, UI, CNG, and SCG for professional or self-installed insulation in single and multifamily homes with up to four units. Insulation must be recommended during a Home Energy Solutions visit and projects must be approved before installation.

Income-eligible households earning below the state's 60 percent income median may qualify for no-cost HES-IE services. Residents of Environmental Justice Communities may be eligible for increased incentives.
