Home Energy Solutions Residential Insulation Rebate
Connecticut — state programup to $2.00 per square foot or 75 percent of the total cost, whichever is less, up to a maximum of $10,000; $0.25 per square foot for self-installed projects; increased incentives of $2.75/sq.ft. up to $15,000 for Environmental Justice Communities
Provides rebates to residential customers of Eversource, UI, CNG, and SCG for professional or self-installed insulation in single and multifamily homes with up to four units. Insulation must be recommended during a Home Energy Solutions visit and installed by an approved contractor from the Energize CT Insulation Installers Network (for professional installation).
