Connecticut — state programup to 100% off on approved insulation projects; $500 rebate on qualifying ENERGY STAR certified appliance replacements
Income-eligible residential customers of Eversource, CNG, SCG, or UI may receive a no-cost in-home energy assessment and on-the-spot energy-saving improvements. Qualifying homes may also receive additional services such as insulation, windows, heating/cooling upgrades, and appliance replacements at low to no cost.
