- Residential customers of Eversource, CNG, SCG, or UI whose household combined gross annual income is at or below the state's 60% income median for their family size (e.g., $48,714 for family of 1; $93,681 for family of 4 — 2026–2027 Fuel Season guidelines). Home must not have received HES or HES-IE services within the last six years. Renters must have landlord authorization.
