- Residential customers of Eversource, CNG, SCG, or UI whose household combined gross annual income is at or below the state's 60 percent income median for their family size (e.g., $48,714 for family of 1; $93,681 for family of 4 per 2026–2027 guidelines). Home must not have received HES or HES-IE services within the last six years. Renters require landlord authorization.
