Income-eligible residential customers of Eversource, CNG, SCG, or UI may receive a no-cost in-home energy assessment and on-the-spot energy-saving improvements. Follow-up services such as insulation, windows, heating/cooling upgrades, and appliance replacements may also be available at low to no cost, including up to 100% off approved insulation projects and a $500 rebate on qualifying appliance replacements.

- Residential customers of Eversource, CNG, SCG, or UI whose household combined gross annual income is at or below the state's 60 percent income median for their family size (e.g., $48,714 for a family of 1; $93,681 for a family of 4 per 2026–2027 guidelines). Home must not have received program services within the last six years. Renters must have landlord authorization.
