Connecticut — state programFinancial incentives up to 40 percent of the installed costs; zero-interest or low-interest rate financing
The Energy Opportunities program provides financial incentives and financing to help Connecticut commercial, industrial, and municipal customers upgrade to energy-efficient equipment in existing buildings. Eligible equipment includes lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, water heating, and process-related equipment. Energy experts work with businesses to identify savings opportunities and administer project agreements.

- Eligibility
- Eversource or UI commercial, industrial, or municipal customers of any size engaged in an electric saving retrofit project. For natural gas saving measures, must be a firm customer of CNG, SCG, or Eversource. A retrofit is defined as the replacement of existing equipment that is operational and has at least 25% of its useful life remaining, or upgrades and/or modifications of existing equipment that save energy.
