A Connecticut C&I program that helps businesses upgrade to energy-efficient equipment in existing buildings by providing financial incentives and financing. Covers lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, water heating, process equipment, and custom measures through a retrofit project process.

- Eligibility
- Eversource or UI commercial, industrial, or municipal customers of any size engaged in an electric saving retrofit project. For natural gas saving measures, must be a firm customer of CNG, SCG, or Eversource. A retrofit is defined as the replacement of existing equipment that is operational and has at least 25% of its useful life remaining or upgrades and/or modifications of existing equipment that save energy.
