Provides customized technical assistance, incentives, and financing for energy efficiency upgrades in multifamily buildings or complexes with five or more units. Eligible improvements include air sealing, insulation, HVAC, lighting, appliances, domestic hot water heating, windows, and more. Also supports renewable energy, battery storage, and demand response projects.
