Provides customized energy efficiency solutions for multifamily buildings or complexes with five or more units, including technical assistance, incentives, and financing for upgrades such as air sealing, insulation, HVAC, lighting, ENERGY STAR appliances, and domestic hot water heating equipment. Also supports renewable energy, battery storage, and demand response projects.
