The Connecticut Hydrogen and Electric Automobile Purchase Rebate (CHEAPR) Standard Rebate offers incentives to Connecticut residents who purchase or lease an eligible new battery electric (BEV) or plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV) vehicle from a licensed Connecticut automobile dealership or original equipment manufacturer. The rebate is applied at the point of sale through the dealer.
