CHEAPR's Rebate+ Used program offers rebates to income-qualified Connecticut residents who purchase or lease an eligible used BEV or PHEV vehicle. Applicants can apply before purchase for a dealer voucher or after purchase to receive the incentive by check or electronically.

- Connecticut residents who meet at least one of: income less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL); participation in a qualifying state or federal income qualifying program; or residence in an Environmental Justice (EJ) Community or Distressed Municipality. Vehicle must have a base MSRP less than $50,000.
