CHEAPR's Rebate+ Used program provides rebates to income-qualified Connecticut residents for the purchase or lease of a used eligible BEV or PHEV. Incentives can be received as a point-of-sale credit at the dealership (pre-purchase voucher) or as a post-purchase rebate by check or electronic payment.
