CHEAPR's Rebate+ New program offers additional incentives stacked on top of the Standard Rebate for income-qualified Connecticut residents who purchase or lease an eligible new BEV or PHEV vehicle. Applicants must obtain a prequalification voucher through the CHEAPR Application portal before purchase and present it to the dealer.

- Income-qualified Connecticut residents who meet one of: income less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL); participation in a qualifying state or federal income qualifying program; or residence in an Environmental Justice (EJ) Community or Distressed Municipality. Vehicle must have a base MSRP less than $50,000.
