Provides prescriptive incentives to commercial and industrial customers for attic insulation, wall insulation, and air sealing at facilities up to 20,000 square feet. Eligible contractors assess qualifying weatherization opportunities for customers of Eversource and Avangrid (UI/CNG/SCG).

- Eligibility
- C&I customers with facilities up to 20,000 square feet who have qualifying weatherization opportunities; customers with heating and cooling loads highly driven by ventilation requirements (e.g., food service or laboratory settings) are not eligible. Contractors must meet state and local licensing requirements; contractors working with Avangrid customers must also meet BPI Building Analyst requirements.
