Provides rebates to eligible Colorado households and multifamily building owners/operators for high-efficiency electric appliances and other upgrades (e.g., heat pump water heaters, heat pumps, electric stoves, panels, insulation, wiring). Rebates are issued through registered contractors who pass savings on as discounts at point of sale. Currently open for single-family homes in Region 2 counties; Region 1 (Front Range) is closed.

- Low- and moderate-income households (below 150% AMI) in single-family homes, apartments, condos, or manufactured/mobile homes; multifamily building owners/operators of buildings smaller than 50,000 sq ft where at least 50% of households meet income requirements. All upgrades must be ENERGY STAR® certified. Tenants applying directly must have written permission from property owner. Region 1 (Front Range) is closed; Region 2 is open until August 1, 2026 or until funding is reserved.
