Home Efficiency Rebates (HER)

Provides rebates for whole-home energy efficiency improvements to households in manufactured/mobile homes and owners/operators of large multifamily buildings (50,000 sq ft or larger). Rebate amounts are based on household income relative to county Area Median Income (AMI) and expected energy savings. Program will be available in 2026.
