Residential EV Charging Rebate (Rebate Plus)

PG&E's Rebate Plus option provides enhanced rebates for income-qualified residential customers for installation of an eligible EV charger, and optionally a panel upgrade. The rebate is redirected to a Trade Ally Network contractor to eliminate upfront costs up to the rebate amount.

- Must meet one of: (1) household income less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) for county and household size; (2) participated in the Rebate Plus option of the Pre-Owned EV Rebate Program within the last 12 months; or (3) enrolled in a qualified public assistance program (Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, CalFresh/SNAP, CalWorks/TANF/tribal TANF, Drive Clean in the San Joaquin Replace Program, Head Start Income Eligible (tribal only), LIHEAP, Medi-Cal (income-qualified only), Medi-Cal for Families Program, WIC, SSI).
