- Must have an active residential or business PG&E account AND be located in Tier 2 or 3 High Fire-Threat Districts (HFTD), OR located in a High Fire Risk Area (HFRA), OR serviced by an Enhanced Power Safety Settings (EPSS) circuit. Rebates are limited to one per customer account. Applications must be submitted within 12 months from the purchase date or by December 31, 2026, whichever is sooner. Customer must provide proof of purchase and proof of delivery.
