- Customers who purchase a qualified portable generator (CARB compliant, on PG&E's qualified product list) or a qualified portable battery (between 290Wh and 1,000Wh, not resold/rebuilt/refurbished/open-box/rented for less than five years, not from warranty/insurance/exchange/prize, not discounted by PG&E at point of sale, and not a USB power station, USB power bank, power inverter, non-integrated battery, car battery, or commercial power station).
