PG&E offers rebates to customers who purchase qualified portable generators (CARB-compliant) or portable batteries (290Wh–1,000Wh capacity). Applicants must submit a receipt after purchasing and receiving the qualified product.

- Customers who purchase a qualified portable generator (CARB compliant, on PG&E's qualified product list) or a qualified portable battery (not less than 290Wh and not greater than 1,000Wh, on PG&E's qualified product list). Excludes resale, rebuilt, refurbished, open-box, rented or leased for less than five years; batteries from warranty or insurance claims, exchanged, or won as a prize; those with new parts installed in existing battery or discounted by PG&E at point of sale; USB power stations, USB power banks, power inverters, non-integrated batteries, car batteries, and commercial power sta
