- Portable generators must be CARB compliant and on PG&E's qualified product list. Portable batteries must be between 290Wh and 1,000Wh (strict maximum). Excluded: resale/rebuilt/refurbished/open-box/rented/leased products, warranty/insurance/prize items, batteries with new parts installed in existing units, USB power stations, USB power banks, power inverters, non-integrated batteries, car batteries, and commercial power stations.
