PG&E's income-qualified program that provides free home energy efficiency improvements and weatherization measures to eligible customers. Work is performed by trained subcontractors at no cost to the customer.

- Income-qualified PG&E customers. Work must be done by subcontractors trained for the ESA program (customers cannot do work themselves). Furnace and water heater repair or replacement available to eligible homeowners if PG&E determines existing natural gas units are inoperable or unsafe. Refrigerators must be at least 15 years old to be replaced.
