Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

Services include air sealing, insulation, HVAC repairs/replacement, LED lighting, and more, at no cost to occupants. Advanced diagnostic tools such as computerized energy audits are used to determine conservation needs.

Households with incomes that do not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines; also categorically eligible if a household member receives SSI or the household is receiving or eligible for LIHEAP benefits. Must reside in eligible housing units in Arkansas.
