The Weatherization Assistance Program enables income-eligible families and individuals to reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Services include thermal insulation, air leak control, heating/cooling equipment maintenance, duct leakage reduction, and other energy conservation improvements. The program is federally funded and administered in Arizona by the Arizona Department of Housing through 10 local sub-grantee partners.

Income-eligible households (homeowners or renters with landlord permission); single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, multi-family homes (apartment complexes), and stationary mobile homes qualify as long as it is a primary residence in Arizona.
