Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

The Arizona Department of Housing Weatherization Assistance Program (ADOH WAP) helps income-eligible families and individuals reduce their home energy costs by making their homes more energy efficient. Services include thermal insulation, air leak control, heating/cooling equipment maintenance, duct leakage reduction, and other energy conservation improvements. The program is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Eligibility
Income-eligible households (homeowners or renters with landlord permission) with a primary residence in Arizona. Eligible dwelling types include single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, multi-family homes (apartment complexes), and stationary mobile homes. Income qualification limits apply (see Weatherization Income Qualification Limits chart).
