The Arizona Department of Housing Weatherization Assistance Program (ADOH WAP) helps income-eligible families and individuals reduce their home energy costs by making their homes more energy efficient. Services include thermal insulation, air leak control, heating/cooling equipment maintenance, duct leakage reduction, and other energy conservation improvements. The program is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

- Income-eligible households (homeowners or renters with landlord permission) with a primary residence in Arizona. Eligible dwelling types include single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, multi-family homes (apartment complexes), and stationary mobile homes. Income qualification limits apply (see Weatherization Income Qualification Limits chart).
