Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR)
Arizona — state program100% of electrification project costs, up to $14,000, for low-income households, and 50% of costs, up to $14,000, for moderate-income households. There is a $500 incentive for project contractors per electrification project. Component limits: up to $1,600 for weatherization; up to $8,000 for Energy
A point-of-sale rebate for qualified home electrification projects—including weatherization, heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, heat pump dryers, electric kitchen equipment, electrical panels, and wiring—available to low- and moderate-income and historically underserved households in Arizona.
