A state-funded rebate of $10,000 available to homebuyers purchasing or building a newly constructed home in Alaska that meets a minimum 5-Star Plus or higher energy efficiency standard. The rebate is paid to eligible applicants after completion of new home construction. Rebates are limited to funds available.
